Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their registration for the CEE-Swiss IT-Solutions & Talent Summit 2024 and receive a full refund if they do so in writing (e.g., by email) up until seven (7) days prior to the event start date. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed within 30 days after the event’s start date, and it will be issued via the original payment method.
2. Changes to Event
The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, and other details, including speakers or activities, due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly in the event of significant changes.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the CEE-Swiss IT-Solutions & Talent Summit 2024 is canceled or postponed due to reasons beyond the organizer's control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), participants will be informed as soon as possible. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date.
4. Liability
The event organizer is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to property during the CEE-Swiss IT-Solutions & Talent Summit 2024, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Swiss law. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.
5. Data Protection
Personal data provided during registration will be used solely for the purposes of managing the event and will be handled in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws.
6. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events that prevent the CEE-Swiss IT-Solutions & Talent Summit 2024 from taking place as planned.
7. Consent to Image and Media Use
By registering for this CEE-Swiss IT-Solutions & Talent Summit 2024, you consent to the possibility of photographs or video recordings being taken of you during the event. These images or recordings may be used for media coverage related to the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Central Europe, including but not limited to newsletters, websites, and social media platforms. No rights, including remuneration, may be derived from this consent.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zürich, canton Zürich.
9. Agreement to Terms
By registering for the CEE-Swiss IT-Solutions & Talent Summit 2024, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
